Delete your account & data

You can delete your Still Family account and associated data at any time. Here's how, and what gets removed.
Delete in the app
Open Still Family and go to More → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your account.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email marcuswlc92@gmail.comfrom the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your authentication account (email/sign-in record).
- Your family's data where you are the owner: children, calendar, handovers, requests, expenses and documents.
- Uploaded files (receipts and documents).
- Your device notification tokens.
If other parents or caregivers share the family, some shared records may be retained for them; contact us if you need shared data removed.
About your subscription
Deleting your account does notautomatically cancel a paid subscription, because billing is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel your subscription separately in your device's subscription settings — see Support.
