Getting started
- Create your family and add your children.
- Add residences, the shared calendar and upcoming handovers.
- Invite the other parent or a caregiver when you're ready — you can start on your own first.
Subscriptions
Paid plans (Basic, Advance, Finest) are billed through the App Store or Google Play. To change or cancelyour subscription, open your device's subscription settings:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open the "Manage subscription" link in the app's Settings.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot process store refunds directly.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and data at any time — see the account deletion page.
