Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Still Family app and website. By using Still Family, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Still Family is an organisation and record-keeping tool for separated, blended and multi-home families to coordinate schedules, handovers, requests, expenses and documents relating to their children. Still Family does not provide legal advice, is not a substitute for a lawyer or court order, and does not guarantee that any record will be accepted by a court or other authority.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you add information about a child, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Still Family to:
- harass, threaten, monitor or abuse another person;
- expose a child to adult conflict or sensitive disputes;
- upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Still Family offers optional paid plans (Basic, Advance, Finest) as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your family. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that records will be preserved indefinitely. Still Family is a coordination aid and not a legal, medical or financial service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Family will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Still Family and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
10. Apple App Store terms
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms for App Store users, the Apple EULA governs the licence to use the app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under your local law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
